Mini Project NYC

I had 4 participants for my project in NYC. Ann is my friend from college. We did a mini project together with her family and our friend, Ping Ping.

I asked them to do the same project like I did with grandmoms in Belfast. Writing their names and blind contour drawing of my portrait.

Yan and Ping Ping are adults. Xitong is going to be a freshman in college. Altai is 8.

From last year, I have been contacting friends, art centers, and schools for collaborating this project with me. Unfortunately, something unexpected happened before I arrived New York City. I still did my best approach several organizations there, but none of them was interested to participate. Claire told me a private school in Woodstock was interested to work with me two days before my departure. It is a good news, but I will have to do it when my next visit to Claire.
